I like to purchase live feeder from Worms Online, all products are hand picked, clean and safe, I appreciate Eva’s fast and friendly service! Will come back again!

I found Eva's Worms Online (WO) by chance while looking for a new feeder vendor for my gecko and snake. Despite having only ordered from WO once, my experience was great. Eva was very quick to answer any and all questions I had about her inventory, and she was very friendly and accommodating as well.

There were several feeders I ordered from WO, including large rats, silkworms, and giant mealworms. The rats were carefully packaged in a cardboard box with ice. They all looked very healthy and were very large. The silkworms were also in good condition, and my gecko took to them immediately. Finally, the giant mealworms that I recieved were healthy, large and very crunchy. They were a lot crunchier than the ones I've recieved from PetSmart and very active.

I am very happy with the quality of the feeders I've received from WO and I will definitely purchase from them again. Though, the reason I was inspired to write a review so soon was because of an interesting incident:

When I went to pick up my order, I was told that Eva had run out of the giant mealworms I needed, but she offered to ship them to me (free of charge) in three days to make up for the trip. I was surprised when I saw Eva dropping off the order herself, but also grateful for her act since it turned out that I would have had to wait longer for shipping. Though I didn't receive my full order the day I went to pick up, Eva went out of her way to deliver my purchase and it has given me a lasting impression. She was able to turn a situation that could have been negative into something positive, and I appreciate her effort in maintaining a positive customer relationship.
